Each of the units are designed so each person has a their own bathroom, while the living space is generally smaller we designed the units to maximize bathroom space. You can find a bedroom with your own bathroom for $600!!

We also limited furnished units. This is especially beneficial for the people who are in the Post Bacc who can only committed to Temple for 1 year. These units are fully furnished and includes all the kitchen ware and dining ware so you can just show up with a luggage. Cheaper than buying your own furniture or moving.
